In this session, our aim was to introduce a fresh perspective on relationships using the innovative approach of Pure Coaching. We explored the definition, types, and significance of relationships in the immigrant world. We believe that in today’s complex and modern world, everyone benefits from having a coach by their side. During this workshop, the profound impact of coaching on understanding individuals’ relationship dynamics was revealed, offering attendees a new lens through which to examine the expansive realm of relationships on a personal level.
A noteworthy aspect of the workshop was our one-hour exploration of existing relationship challenges through various techniques, including the life cycle, in interaction and conversation with participants. Our goal was to delve deeper into understanding the nature of their relationships, with the hope of becoming creators of more constructive and healthier connections in the future.
